Tim is a graduate
of the Urban and Regional
Studies and the Master of Urban
Design programs at
Curtin University
of Technology. His planning
background has taken
him to the UK and
the USA where he performed
both policy and regulatory
planning functions
and developed an appreciation
for community collaboration
in design. In his
work on UDC design
consultancy projects,
Tim brings to bear
his interest in bridging
the gap between policy
and regulation and
creating livable,
functional and sustainable
spaces through urban
